Kaustuv Basu is an experienced HR transformation professional with a background in consulting and systems implementation. Currently serving as a Manager at Deloitte since December 2018, Kaustuv specializes in Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on Time and Labour, Absence, and Payroll to enhance HR systems. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at Sierra-Cedar from December 2008 to January 2018 as an HR Transformation Consultant and Senior Consultant, where Kaustuv worked as a subject matter expert in Payroll and Benefits for a global insurance company, implementing ROTH 401K and consolidating Benefits plans.
