Keith Ketcher

Keith Ketcher is a Principal at Deloitte Consulting, where Keith has been leading a significant program for a Health Insurance Exchange and modernizing tax processing systems since August 2016, leveraging over 30 years of experience with state agencies. In addition, Keith serves on the Board of Directors for the Sacramento Food Bank & Family Services, an organization that assists 150,000 individuals each month towards self-sufficiency. Previously, as a Managing Director at Accenture from July 1992 to March 2016, Keith oversaw teams on major projects for various California state agencies, including the California Department of Health Care Services and the California Franchise Tax Board. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
