Matt Baker

Matt Baker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and financial services. Currently serving as a Managing Director at Deloitte since November 2004, Matt has progressed through multiple roles including Senior Manager, Manager, Senior Consultant, and Consultant. Prior experience includes participation in the Leadership Development Program at Genworth Financial, where Matt engaged in four rotations within various insurance sectors, focusing on modeling reserves and calculating product returns on equity. Matt holds a Master’s degree in Statistical Science from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Applied Mathematics from Hampden-Sydney College.
