Stephen Metoyer

Stephen Metoyer is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in tax and consulting, currently serving as a Principal and Chief Diversity Equity & Inclusion Officer at Deloitte Tax LLP since July 1999. In this role, Stephen has led strategic initiatives to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization, focusing on increasing representation and fostering an inclusive culture. Additionally, Stephen has contributed to the Deloitte Board of Directors as a council member on the Governance committee. Previously, Stephen held positions as Global Service Line Leader for Tax Technology Consulting at Arthur Andersen and as an Oil and Gas Accountant at Shell. Stephen holds an MBA in Accounting and Business Management as well as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University.
