Melissa Dale

Melissa Dale has extensive experience at Deloitte, starting in February 2008 and currently holding multiple leadership roles, including Alumni Relations - Retired PPMD Relations and Client Relationship Development DEI Leader. Additional responsibilities include serving as the co-lead for the Southwest Hub LGBTQAI Community and as a senior manager for the Greenhouse Experience, where Melissa contributes as a lead program coordinator on the GLOBE and Allies Leadership Board. Previous roles at Deloitte include senior manager for the Video Technology Solutions Group, manager for Strategic Programs, project coordinator for GLOBE and Allies, and supervisor for Videoconference Services. Prior to Deloitte, Melissa worked at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as a Social Catering Manager.
