Nikoo Delgoshaie

Nikoo Delgoshaie is an accomplished professional serving as the Power, Utilities & Renewal Lead and Partner at Deloitte Netherlands since September 2022. As a member of SER Topvrouwen since October 2023, Nikoo contributes to initiatives promoting women in leadership roles. Prior to Deloitte, Nikoo held the position of Managing Director at Accenture from 2007 to September 2022, leading the General Practice in Strategy & Consulting and overseeing the EU Technology Strategy & Advisory team's resources network while also championing inclusion and diversity. Earlier experience includes a Research Assistant role at TU Delft in 2006-2007, focusing on breakthrough technologies. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Management of Technology from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from the University of Tehran, complemented by executive education in Leading with Analytics-Powered Strategy at Kellogg.
