Alison Ricker

Alison Ricker is a seasoned professional in global sales and customer relations, currently serving as Managing Director - Global Sales at Delta Air Lines since March 2023. Prior to this, Alison held significant roles at LSG Group from 2019 to 2023, leading customer and sales transformation initiatives and managing international sales for European non-LH Group Airline customers. Alison's extensive experience at Lufthansa Cargo (1998-2019) included overseeing joint ventures in the US and Canada, managing corporate sales for top logistics partners in the Americas, and directing sales teams across various regional roles. Earlier experience consists of managing a state tax incentive program at Imperial Valley Enterprise Zone and coordinating inland freight at Expeditors International. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in International Trade Management from the University of Valencia and a BA in International Relations from The University of British Columbia.
