Mara Holiday

Mara Holiday is a highly experienced philanthropy strategist and social impact consultant currently serving as a Senior Program Officer at Delta Dental of Colorado since July 2021. As the Principal Consultant at Mara Holiday Consulting, a role held since February 2017, Mara focuses on federal grant writing for nonprofits and social responsibility strategies for small businesses. Previous positions include Manager of Employee Engagement & Philanthropy at Western Union, Program Officer at the Temple Hoyne Buell Foundation, and Manager of the San Diego Women's Foundation. In addition to substantial experience in development roles across various organizations, Mara holds a Master of Arts in Rhetoric and Composition/Writing Studies from San Diego State University and a Bachelor's degree in Arts History from the University of San Francisco.
