Chien-Tan Lien

Chien-Tan Lien has extensive experience in engineering and technology leadership, currently serving as CTO at Delta Electronics since March 2017. Previously, Chien-Tan held the positions of CTO and General Manager of Engineering at ProSoft Technology Inc. from June 2009 to March 2016, overseeing multi-location engineering teams and the development of industrial communication protocol gateway products. At Rockwell Automation, Chien-Tan managed development campuses in both the USA and China, significantly increasing the Dalian campus's engineering staff and fostering a successful development culture. Earlier career roles include Senior Software Engineering Manager at Rockwell Automation Entek and Project Manager at Entek Scientific, with foundational experience as an Assistant Industrial Engineer at Logitech. Chien-Tan holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Ohio University.
