Colleen Blom

Colleen Blom, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over two decades of experience in diverse industries. Currently serving in a human resources role at Delta ModTech since March 2017, Colleen contributes to a company renowned for its mechanical, electrical, and software engineering expertise in creating specialized machinery. Prior to this, Colleen worked as a Human Resources Consultant at King and Companies, an independent insurance agency recognized as a minority-owned women business. Colleen also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Midwest Sign & Screen Printing Supply Co., overseeing comprehensive HR policies and practices, and spent 20 years as Director of Human Resources at SPIRE Credit Union, managing various HR functions.
