Rebecca Martin

Rebecca Martin is a seasoned business professional with extensive leadership experience. Currently serving as the Director of Shift Happens Pty Ltd since April 2012, Rebecca specializes in consulting, coaching, and training to drive business transformation. In addition, Rebecca holds the position of Chair and Non-Executive Director at Delta Therapy Dogs and serves on the Advisory Board of MESHED Group. Previously, Rebecca co-founded and operated as Co-CEO of HEATHMARTIN, where evidence-based coaching programs were developed for leaders. Additional roles include mentoring with Young Professional Women Australia and chairing syndicates at The CEO Institute. With a robust background in the corporate sector including senior roles at Jivve Pty Ltd and Ford Motor Company, Rebecca's educational credentials include an MBA from RMIT University and an ongoing ICCP Advanced Executive Certificate in Coaching from the University of Sydney.
