Paul Barraclough

Paul Barraclough, CPEng, serves as the Principal at Delve Underground since February 2023, following a tenure as Design Manager (Tunnel Engineering) at NOMA Consulting from February 2018 to February 2023, where significant projects included the Sydney Metro West-WTP and Western Harbour Tunnel. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Mott MacDonald as ANZ Tunnels Practice Leader and Technical Director, managing tunnel design for major infrastructure projects, and a decade-long tenure at Parsons Brinckerhoff in various tunnel engineering positions, overseeing teams and projects including the Airport Link and NYCT/MTA Number 7 Subway Line Extension. Additional roles span early career positions in Singapore, the UK, and a robust educational background in Engineering Geology & Geotechnics from the University of Portsmouth.
