Allen Brown is an experienced professional in customer success and demand generation, currently serving as Associate Director - Customer Success at DemandFarm since January 2019. In this role, Allen spearheads the management of key accounts across the US, UK, and Asia, while developing the digital Key Account Management journey aligned with customer goals. Prior to this, Allen held significant positions at DemandShore and Hexaware Technologies, leading initiatives to enhance customer engagement and drive demand generation across various global markets. Allen's educational background includes a B.C.S. in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
