Rita Laureano

Rita Laureano is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner and previously as a Human Resources Officer at DEME Group since February 2018. Rita is adept at employee relations, workforce planning, and talent acquisition, while also focusing on employee development and team building. Prior experience includes an interim role as a Human Resources Assistant at Grupo Brodheim, managing recruitment processes, and an HR Trainee position at Banco Popular, where responsibilities encompassed internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, and event organization.
