Lise Woods Fink

Lise Woods Fink serves as Sr. Advisor for Talent Acquisition at Democracy Fund, an independent foundation dedicated to strengthening American democracy through various initiatives. Since joining Democracy Fund in November 2016, Lise has focused on talent acquisition in the nonprofit sector. Previous experience includes Managing Principal at Human Capital Cooperative and Head of Talent + Community at First Look Media, where Lise was instrumental in establishing the organization's talent strategy and recruiting its initial workforce. At Omidyar Network, Lise was part of the inaugural executive recruiting team, managing high-level searches and special projects. Earlier roles include HR Manager and HR Product Development Manager at Apple, as well as positions in executive recruitment at Twentieth Century Fox. Lise's expertise spans talent acquisition, philanthropic consulting, and organizational development.
