Ben Hardin

Ben Hardin serves as the Executive Director for the Democratic Party of Illinois since September 2022. Previously, Ben was the Chief Of Staff for the U.S. House of Representatives from April to August 2022, and prior to that, held the position of District Director for Rep. Marie Newman IL-03 from January 2021 to April 2022. Ben's experience in campaign management includes roles as Campaign Manager for Marie Newman for Congress and Finance Director for Sean Casten for Congress, among others. With a strong foundation in political consulting and field organizing, Ben has managed teams and developed voter outreach initiatives. Ben's career began with positions at Dwellworks, demonstrating expertise in client relations and project management. Ben holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from Michigan State University.
