Awais Hashmi

Awais Hashmi is an accomplished telecommunications professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Director at Dense Air since March 2019, Awais has held various leadership roles including Senior Manager and RAN Integration Manager. Prior to this, Awais was Radio Manager at O2 (Telefónica UK) from March 2016 to February 2019 and Network Performance & Optimisation Manager at Ericsson from September 2013 to February 2016. Awais’ career began at Mobilink as an Executive Engineer and includes positions such as Senior RF Optimisation Engineer at both Telefónica and O2, and Senior Telecom Consultant at Astellia. Awais holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), completed in 1999.
