Julian Perez

Julian Perez currently serves as Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President of Legal, Risk & Compliance at dentalcorp since June 2021. Prior to this role, Julian held positions at dentalcorp Canada, including Vice President of Risk Management & Compliance and Director of Regulatory Compliance. Julian's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Legal Advisor for the Professional Liability Program at the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, where responsibilities involved managing dental malpractice files and providing legal advice to member dentists, as well as conducting regulatory investigations as an Investigator for the Royal College. Julian also has experience as Chief Experience Officer at G Adventures and worked as an Associate Attorney at Morrison & Foerster LLP. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Columbia Law School, a Master's degree in International Law and Human Rights from Universidad para la Paz, and a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies from Yale University, supplemented by a Certificate in Financial Analysis and Valuation for Lawyers from Harvard Business School Online.
