Megan Lem

Megan Lem is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and investment fund management. Currently serving as the Senior Director, Legal at dentalcorp since January 2022, Megan oversees legal matters for Canada's largest and fastest growing network of dental practices. Prior to this role, Megan worked as a Corporate Associate at Kirkland & Ellis from 2018 to 2021, focusing on private investment fund formation and regulatory issues, and at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP from 2015 to 2018, with a concentration in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Additional experiences include an articling position at CPP Investment Board, secondments at Osler and TD, and a legal internship at Goldcorp. Megan holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Western University and has completed a Juris Doctor at The University of Hong Kong, alongside an Honours Business Administration from Ivey Business School at Western University.
