Alexandre Thomas

Alexandre THOMAS is an experienced operations and account management professional with a diverse background in the hospitality and food service sectors. Currently serving as the Directeur des Opérations secteur at Dentelia since September 2021, Alexandre previously held the position of Accounts Director France at ENTEGRA EUROPE, overseeing major hotel groups and managing a team of Account Managers. Prior roles include Area Manager for EXKi, where responsibilities encompassed the management of 11 restaurants, and various managerial positions at multiple food service establishments. Alexandre holds a Master in Management from Ecole de Savignac and has a strong foundation in hospitality management from Ecole Hôtelière de Paris.
