Sofy Geneviève Richards

Sofy Geneviève Richards is an accomplished Chief Operating Officer currently at Dentons since February 2022, where additional roles include being a member of the Global Inclusion Advisory Council and a facilitator for the Allyship Pod. Prior experience includes serving as COO at Fearless and business manager for Consumer Digital at BT. Sofy has a strong digital management background from EE, managing significant projects and leading large teams, and has held key managerial roles at the Environment Agency, where responsibilities included service transition and performance analysis. Sofy also has data management experience from ELEVATE and customer support roles while acquiring a BA in Philosophy from the University of Bristol and an MBA from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School.
