Steve Welk

Steve Welk is a legal professional with extensive experience in white-collar defense and asset forfeiture. Currently serving as Counsel at Dentons since May 2023 and as Senior Counsel at Steptoe & Johnson LLP since August 2021, Welk specializes in independent and internal investigations. Prior to this, Welk held the position of Chief, Asset Forfeiture at the United States Attorneys' Offices from June 1995 to August 2021. Welk holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Southern California and a Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine Law.
