Kiana Johnson

Kiana Johnson, M.Ed, currently serves as the Heart 3-5 Coordinator at Heart Math Tutoring since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an Interventionist at Catapult Learning, and as an Exceptional Children Teacher and Classroom Lead Teacher at Movement School, where responsibilities included evaluating student data to enhance learning and training fellow educators on instructional technology. Kiana has also worked as an Elementary School Teacher with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, contributing to student performance improvement strategies, and held various teaching and intern positions at schools, gaining comprehensive experience in both general and special education. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Urban Education and a Graduate Certificate in Anti-Racism from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
