Michael McManus

Michael McManus is an experienced professional currently serving as the Guest Operations Technical Coordinator for Events and Experiences at the Denver Zoological Foundation since August 2021. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Billing Specialist at the Better Business Bureau from May 2019 to May 2021, where responsibilities included working with businesses to uphold the BBB mission and maintain accreditation. Michael's previous experience includes serving as a District Executive for the Boy Scouts of America: Denver Area Council, where Michael developed programs for youth, and as Camp Director, overseeing camp operations. Michael began their career as a Stand Manager at Centerplate, managing concession stands from July 2008 to January 2011. Michael holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Applied Theatre Technology and Design from Metropolitan State University of Denver, earned between 2009 and 2014.
