Mike Pratt

Mike Pratt is an experienced professional in guest services and sales management with a progressive career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Guest Services and Earned Revenue at the Denver Zoological Foundation since May 2020, Mike previously held roles as Sales and Hospitality Manager at the Denver Zoo and Director of Sales at The Edgewater Hotel. Mike's extensive background also includes significant leadership positions at Stout Street Hospitality and Magnolia Hotels, focusing on marketing and sales from 1999 to 2015. Mike obtained a degree from the University of Colorado Boulder, complementing an educational foundation established at Lakewood High School.
