Florian Boulenger

Florian Boulenger has extensive experience in social work and project management, primarily focused on food security and community support. Currently, as the Départemental Coordinator for Food Insecurity at the Département de la Seine-Maritime, Florian oversees partnerships, governance, and project implementation across multiple EPCI in Seine-Maritime, benefiting over 500 food assistance points. Previously, as the Director of Solidarité Plateau, Florian managed food distribution, human resources, and public partnerships, serving hundreds of beneficiaries weekly. Additional roles include responsibilities in West Africa program management and financial oversight for Solidarité Laïque, volunteer coordination, and even work as a permaculture volunteer in Japan. Throughout a career spanning various organizations, Florian has demonstrated strong skills in administrative, financial management, and cross-sector collaboration.
