Michel Ballereau

Michel Ballereau serves as the Directeur général délégué d'Essonne Numérique and Directeur de la transition numérique du CD91 at the Département de l'Essonne since March 2017. Responsibilities include leading the Syndicat Essonne Numérique's activities, ensuring strategic and organizational decision-making, and coordinating digital development strategies and services. Prior to this role, Michel held positions as Responsable de l'Aménagement Numérique at ESIGELEC and Chef de Missions at CapHornier, where expertise in project management, public procurement, and digital development was demonstrated. Michel's educational background includes a Master Grande École from NEOMA Business School and an Engineering degree from ESIGELEC.
