Nathalie Loupias

Nathalie Loupias has extensive experience in public administration and management, currently serving as Secrétaire Générale at GIP Genopole since July 2018, where responsibilities include administrative and financial management, human resources, information systems, legal affairs, and real estate operations. Since February 2009, Nathalie has worked at the Département de l'Essonne in multiple capacities, including Délégué territorial préfigurateur and Interim DRH, focusing on modernizing public action through efficient territorial services. Previous roles include leadership positions at the Commune de Corbeil-Essonnes, where Nathalie managed various municipal services and oversaw significant teams. Nathalie is academically qualified with degrees from Institut National des Etudes Territoriales, Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, and University of Montpellier.
