Meredith Vanderbilt

Meredith Vanderbilt, JD, MS, RAC, serves as the Director of Consulting at Empirical Technologies Corp., where responsibilities include guiding medical device developers through FDA filings and compliance requirements. Previously, Meredith held significant roles, including Vice-President of Engineering & Regulatory Affairs at Atlas Spine and Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at Zimmer Biomet, earning awards for quality and contribution to process improvements. Participation as a Board Member of The Perry Initiative reflects a commitment to empowering women in orthopaedic surgery and engineering. Educational achievements include a JD in Intellectual Property Law from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law and a Master's in Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida, complemented by a Bachelor’s in Biomedical Engineering from Tulane University.
