Parvathy Menon

Parvathy Menon has extensive experience in safety education and customer service, currently serving as a Senior Safety Education Officer at the Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety since April 2021, with a progression through various safety education roles. Previous roles include Customer Service Representative at Bankwest and Business Analyst Intern at BAE Systems, where Parvathy conducted a comprehensive review of a manual system and proposed an automated alternative. Earlier experience includes serving as a Customer Service Specialist at Federal Bank. Parvathy holds a Master of Information Technology (Enterprise Management) from the University of South Australia and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science Engineering from Viswajyothi College of Engineering and Technology.
