Gardy Rosius

Gardy Rosius serves as a member of the HBR Advisory Council since August 2024 and has been with the U.S. Department of Energy as Associate DCIO for Architecture Engineering Technology & Innovation and Responsible AI Official since November 2019. Previous positions include Deputy Director of Application Engineering and Development at USPTO and various managerial roles at the U.S. Department of the Treasury from 2011 to 2016. Gardy Rosius’ earlier experience includes several analyst and project management positions at Lockheed Martin Corp. Educational credentials include a Chief Technology Officer designation from the University of California, Berkeley, an Executive Leadership program from Cornell University, an MBA in Finance from Hood College, a Project Management Certificate from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Science. Additionally, participation in the Executive Program in Applied Business Analytics at MIT Sloan School of Management has been completed.
