Ruth Best

Ruth Best is an experienced professional in the field of speech pathology, currently serving as Discipline Lead Speech Pathology at the Department of Health, Tasmania since January 2016, with responsibilities including Acting Discipline Lead and Deputy Manager. Ruth has also been a Speech Pathologist at Best Speech Pathology since August 2022, providing services at Hobart Private Hospital and ICON Cancer Centre. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Speech Pathologist at Western Health and various positions at institutions such as The Royal Melbourne Hospital and NHS Wales.
