Jie Dong

Jie Dong is a seasoned professional in risk and performance management, currently serving as the Director of Risk and Performance Management at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development since June 2024. Prior experience includes a tenure at BCT Partners as the Director of Community and Social Innovation, leading diverse projects in Housing, Community, and Economic Development, and previously as a Senior Consultant managing projects for the firm. Additionally, Jie held the position of Director of Resident Services at EPMI, overseeing social service program delivery across 21 affordable housing communities in California and managing HUD grants. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Regional Resident Service Coordinator at Evans Property Management, where Jie coordinated social services programs across multiple communities. Jie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Davis, and a Master of Arts in Sociology from California State University - East Bay.
