Dawn Brett is an experienced professional with a diverse background in policy, customer service, marketing, and training across various industries. Currently serving as a Policy Officer and Standards Panel Officer at the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries since May 2021, Dawn has previously held positions at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company as a Service Experience Specialist and at IBM as a Branding & Communications Lead. Dawn's role at IBM involved creating content for recruitment and collaborating on global projects. Prior to this, Dawn worked at Minacs Marketing Solutions as a Senior Learning & Development Specialist, focusing on training and development, and held various positions at Sitel, HCL, Frost & Sullivan, and PERSONAL NETWORK in roles related to client relations, marketing, and sales. Dawn earned an MBA from Kingston University in 2009.
