Zenobia Allie is an experienced Organisational Change Manager with a diverse background in facilitating strategic organisational change and transformation across various sectors. Currently serving at the Department of Premier and Cabinet (Tas) since October 2020, Zenobia focuses on building sustainable cultural and behavioural changes while chairing the Working Group for Women Supporting Women in Leadership. Previously, Zenobia held significant roles at The Australian National University, CHANGE360 | ZENZ CONSULTING, and other organizations, including AGL Energy and NSW Police Force, where responsibilities included managing change initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness, support diversity and inclusion, and improve the overall user experience of new systems and applications. Zenobia holds a Graduate Certificate in Change Management from UNSW and an Associate Degree in Training and Development from Edith Cowan University.
