Gregory Oler

Gregory Oler is currently a Paid Student Intern at the U.S. Department of State, where involvement includes high-level meetings and a role as a VSFS Intern focused on improving IT systems and delivering innovative tech-based solutions for foreign policy challenges. Oler also serves as a Substitute Teacher at Fairfax County Public Schools, supporting educators in general and special education. Previous experience includes server positions at The Cheesecake Factory and Samurai Japanese Steakhouse, where management and customer service skills were honed, as well as a Guest Experience Leader role at McDonald's, overseeing shift schedules and responding to critical situations. An Accounting Assistant at Consolidated Electrical Distributors contributed to financial reporting and modernization efforts. Oler is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in History, Global Systems, and Japanese Studies from George Mason University, following studies at Moorpark College.
