Jack Conard

Jack Conard is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in operations, entrepreneurship, and military leadership. Currently serving as a Foreign Service Officer at the U.S. Department of State since July 2023, Jack previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at MemoryFox, where responsibilities included developing strategic goals and implementing processes in a start-up environment. Jack also founded and led Steady Stance Capital, an investment firm, and gained valuable international business experience as an MBA candidate at IESE Business School. Jack's military career includes serving as a Brigade Operations Officer and Battalion Operations Officer in the U.S. Army, where leadership and operational planning were key components of success. Jack holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of Georgia and an MBA focused on Entrepreneurship from IESE Business School.
