Julie Carey

Julie Carey is an experienced IT Project Manager currently employed by the U.S. Department of State in the Bureau of Medical Services. In this role since July 2020, Julie serves as the principal technical advisor, contributing to critical initiatives such as global repatriation and vaccine distribution during the COVID-19 pandemic.
