Kim Colon

Kim Colon (Cephus-Gantt) currently serves as the Industrial Security Division Chief at the U.S. Department of State, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Kim Colon was the Branch Chief of the Industrial Security Program at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security from April 2020 to April 2023. Kim Colon also served as the Deputy Assistant Director for Industrial Security Integration & Application at the Defense Security Service from September 2016 to April 2020. Academically, Kim Colon holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University.
