Michael Weiner

Michael Weiner is an Economic Officer at the U.S. Department of State, currently engaged in a Presidential Management Fellowship rotational assignment focusing on environment, science, and technology. Previous roles include serving as a Foreign Affairs Officer in the Bureau of Western Hemisphere Affairs and working as a Senior Associate and Associate at Albright Stonebridge Group. Weiner co-taught the "Introduction to Political Risk Analysis" course at Johns Hopkins SAIS and has experience as a Summer Analyst at Agil(e), supporting public affairs and strategic communications. Other notable positions include Program Director at Manna Project International, Research & Programs Assistant at the Pioneer Institute, and Graduate Consultant for the Gouvernement of Québec. Weiner holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Economics from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from Northeastern University.
