Sarah Borgardt

Sarah Borgardt is a professional with experience in international relations and diplomatic engagement. Currently serving as a Special Assistant at the U.S. Department of State's Global Engagement Center, with prior roles including Staff Assistant at the same center and a USFSIP intern in the Political Economics Section at the Embassy in Algiers. Borgardt co-founded The Gambian Art Coalition, a non-profit aimed at connecting Gambian artists with American markets, and has also worked as a barista, gaining customer service experience. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Juniata College and study abroad programs focused on International Security Policy and International Public Law.
