Serena Doan

Serena Doan is a proficient Foreign Affairs Officer with extensive experience at the U.S. Department of State, focusing on international religious freedom since December 2019. Prior to this role, Serena served as a Research Assistant at the Johns Hopkins University - Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and held various internships in organizations such as Control Risks, the U.S. Department of Commerce, and the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Maryland.
