Tanya Noel

Tanya Burovtseva Noel currently serves as a Program Officer at the U.S. Department of State, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this role, Tanya accumulated extensive experience at InterExchange from May 2011 to November 2024, progressing through various positions including Director, External Engagement, Associate Director, and Manager.
