Concetta Tsosie de Haro, Esq. currently serves as a Legislative Affairs Specialist at the U.S. Department of the Interior since June 2023. Previously, Concetta held the position of Democratic Counsel for the Senate Committee on Indian Affairs from February 2019 to June 2023, and served as a Democratic Legal Fellow from January 2018 to February 2019. Concetta's legal career includes experiences as a Wilma P. Mankiller Legal Fellow at the National Congress of American Indians and roles as a Law Clerk and Law Student Extern at the U.S. Department of the Interior. Concetta earned a Juris Doctor degree with a Law of Indigenous People’s Certificate from The University of New Mexico School of Law, alongside Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Psychology from The University of New Mexico.
