John Holmes

John Holmes has over two decades of experience in the IT and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as the Service Manager for the Enterprise Network at the Department of the Interior since May 2004, where key responsibilities include leadership, strategy, policy development, and guiding emerging technologies. Prior roles include managing service support at SteelCloud and overseeing IT services as Branch Manager for Siemens in the DC Metro area. Additionally, John served as IT Service Manager for the DoD Education Activity in Panama and began a career in IT service management with Treev. John holds a degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, earned between 1982 and 1986.
