Britt Lui

Britt Lui serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at DePaul, focusing on enhancing the employee experience for the HR team and all staff members within one of New York's prominent nonprofits. With extensive experience in human resources, Britt previously held the position of Vice President of People & Development at Dixon Schwabl + Company, where strategic HR planning elevated the organization as a leading employer in the advertising industry. Additionally, Britt contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor of Human Resources at Nazareth College, teaching a certification prep course, and served as the Director of Human Resources at Hoselton Auto Mall, managing HR operations for a workforce of over 370 employees. Early career experience includes an HR Administrator role at the University of Rochester, focusing on hiring, employee orientation, and organizational development. Britt holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development and Organizational Learning from St. John Fisher University.
