Alejandro Cardenas is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in customer implementation and consulting, currently serving as a Senior Customer Implementation Consultant at Deputy since July 2024. Previously, Alejandro held the position of Senior Consultant at RLDatix, focusing on workforce management solutions within the Asia-Pacific healthcare sector. Prior to that, Alejandro contributed to customer success and digital experience improvements at Resonate Solutions as a Business Analyst/Customer Success Manager. Alejandro's experience also includes a role as a Product Consultant and Business Analyst at Open International, where responsibilities involved optimizing software solutions and enhancing business processes across the Americas. Alejandro holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Technology Sydney, a Graduate Diploma in Project Management from Universidad de San Buenaventura, and a Bachelor of Science in Systems and Computing Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira.
