Aliki Giannakopoulou

Aliki Giannakopoulou serves as the Executive Director of Advancement - Development at The American College of Greece since July 2019, leading initiatives at the oldest American-accredited college in Europe. Prior to this role, Aliki worked as a Project Manager at Ellinogermaniki Agogi, focusing on the design of advanced educational materials from June 2014 to June 2019. Aliki's experience includes external relations at the science center NEMO in the Netherlands and serving as Conference and Communications Coordinator for Ecsite, where responsibilities included organizing significant events and managing EU projects. Earlier roles include portfolio support at the Research Councils UK and assistance to the Environmental Manager at Titan Cement Company SA. Aliki holds a Master's in Science Communication from the University of the West of England and a Bachelor's in Environmental Studies from the University of the Aegean.
