Mehboob Ali

Mehboob Ali is a highly experienced professional in the field of process safety and health, safety, and environment (HSE) management, currently serving as Technical Lead HSE/Process Safety at Descon since December 2023. With a robust background as Lead Process Safety Engineer at Velosi Asset Integrity Limited from February 2014 to November 2024, Mehboob has accumulated 12 years of experience in the oil and gas and petrochemical industries, focusing on developing various HSEIA studies and process safety assessments. Previously, as Shift Operation Engineer at Crystalline Chemical Industries from August 2012 to February 2014, expertise in maintaining production targets and ensuring safe plant operations was demonstrated. Mehboob earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, from 2008 to 2012.
