Ema Fonua

Ema Fonua has extensive experience in software quality assurance and customer support, with a career at Deseret Book beginning in 2011. Currently serving as a Software Quality Assurance professional since October 2013, Ema Fonua focuses on manual testing of website features, identifying and documenting bugs through Gitlab. Previous roles include Technical Specialist, where Ema Fonua developed expertise in the Deseret Bookshelf app and addressed customer service inquiries, and Night Supervisor, providing support across various channels. Ema Fonua also completed a QA Engineer experience at DevMountain, working on the Resort Tapped Project and conducting quality assurance for the Deseret Bookshelf App. Ema Fonua holds a Software Quality Assurance degree from DevMountain.
